Welcome to TENH100. These Terms
of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TENH100
platform, mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the
"Service"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the
Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TENH100 is operated by TENH100
Co., Ltd., a company registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia
("TENH100", "Company", "we", "us", or
"our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the
Service.
To use the Service, you must be
at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your
jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and
not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
If you use the Service on behalf
of a business or another person, you represent and warrant that you are
authorized to bind that entity or person to these Terms.
Certain features of the Service
may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete,
and current information and to keep your information updated.
You are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activities conducted through your account. You must notify TENH100 immediately
if you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, or any security breach affecting your
account.
We reserve the right to suspend,
restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraudulent
activity, create legal or operational risk, or otherwise harm the integrity of
the Service.
By using the Service, you
consent to receive communications from TENH100 electronically, including by
email, SMS, app notification, Telegram, or other electronic means. You agree
that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that the communication
be in writing.
You agree not to use the Service
to violate any law or regulation, infringe the rights of others, transmit
malware or harmful code, interfere with the operation or security of the
Service, access systems or data without authorization, engage in fraudulent or
deceptive conduct, manipulate reviews or platform activity, harass or abuse
other users, or collect personal data without proper authorization or consent.
When you place an order through
TENH100, you agree to provide valid and accurate payment, delivery, and contact
information. Prices may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD), Cambodian
Riel (KHR), or other supported currencies, and may change without notice before
an order is confirmed.
Payments must be made through
approved payment methods supported by the Service. You are responsible for any
taxes, duties, fees, or charges applicable to your purchase except where
applicable law requires otherwise.
TENH100 may cancel, limit, or
refuse any order if there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, inaccurate
product information, payment failure, inventory unavailability, legal
restriction, or other operational issue affecting fulfillment.
TENH100 operates a marketplace
platform that connects users with independent merchants and sellers. Unless
expressly stated otherwise, TENH100 is not the manufacturer, owner, importer,
or direct seller of items offered by merchants on the platform.
Merchants are responsible for
their product listings, descriptions, pricing, inventory, legal compliance,
warranties, packaging, and fulfillment obligations. Transactions for
merchant-listed items are primarily between the buyer and the merchant, subject
to TENH100's platform rules, customer protection measures, and applicable law.
Returns, refunds, exchanges,
cancellations, and customer complaint handling are governed by applicable
platform policies, merchant policies where permitted, and applicable law.
Certain products may be non-returnable or subject to category-specific conditions.
TENH100 may issue refunds,
credits, replacements, or order adjustments where reasonably necessary to
resolve disputes, address delivery or payment issues, protect users, comply
with law, or preserve trust in the platform.
If you submit ratings, reviews,
comments, suggestions, photos, messages, or other content through the Service
("User Content"), you represent that you have the necessary rights to
submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
By submitting User Content, you
grant TENH100 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use,
reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use such content
for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Service.
TENH100 may remove or restrict
User Content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, deceptive,
defamatory, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or platform policies.
The TENH100 name, logo, platform
design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, and all related content are owned
by TENH100 or licensed to TENH100 and are protected by applicable intellectual
property laws.
Except as expressly permitted,
you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from,
reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or its
content without prior written permission.
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by
our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By
using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to our data practices as
described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service may contain links to
third-party websites, products, payment processors, logistics providers, social
media services, or external content. TENH100 does not control and is not
responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of
third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their
separate terms and policies.
TENH100 may modify, suspend,
restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without
notice, including features, categories, payment methods, geographic coverage,
or user access.
We do not guarantee that the
Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TENH100 may suspend or terminate
your access to the Service, remove content, cancel orders, limit functionality,
or take other protective action if we believe you have violated these Terms,
engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk to other users or the platform, or if
such action is required by law or operational necessity.
You may stop using the Service
at any time. Termination or suspension does not affect rights, obligations, or
liabilities that arose before termination.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR
OTHERWISE.
TENH100 DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT
THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY
PRODUCT, MERCHANT, DELIVERY TIMEFRAME, OR RESULT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
FOR MERCHANT-LISTED ITEMS,
TENH100 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, AUTHENTICITY, OR
FITNESS OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY INDEPENDENT MERCHANTS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT
REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW, TENH100 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS,
REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
BY LAW, TENH100'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE
SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO TENH100
IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify,
and hold harmless TENH100, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees,
agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages,
losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, violation of these
Terms, violation of any law, infringement of any right, or content you submit
through the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Any dispute, controversy, or
claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia,
unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Before initiating formal legal
proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute
through written notice and commercial discussion.
These Terms, together with any
policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you
and TENH100 regarding your use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms
is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
TENH100 may update these Terms
from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting or upon any
later date stated in the updated version. Your continued use of the Service
after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
TENH100's failure to enforce any
provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any
other right.

TENH100 is committed to protecting the privacy of Customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our application. Please read this policy carefully. By using our app, you agree to the terms of this policy. Therefore, if you do not agree to part or all of the privacy policies of TENH100, please discontinue the use of TENH100's Service.

Access and Correction: Customers can access and update their personal information through their account settings on our platform.
Data Deletion: Customers can request the deletion of their information by contacting us at admin@tenh100.com to receive the link to the “TENH100 Account Deletion Request Form” or through the "Account Deletion" tab in the TENH100 app.
If you are accessing our platform from outside Cambodia, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Cambodia or other countries where our servers are located. We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our platform and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
